Return Policy

Please contact us to obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) before returning any item. Items returned without a valid RMA# will not be eligible for replacement/credit/refund.


Eligibility


  • Defective items are eligible for return within the 1 year of the purchase date.
  • Non-defective items are eligible for return with the 30 days of the purchase date only if unopened, restocking fee may apply.
  • All items must be packed properly for return. Items returned with damage due to transportation are not eligible for replacement/credit/refund.
  • Cartridges less than 70% full are not eligible for replacement/credit/refund.
  • Non-CartridgeTop products returned will be subject to charge on disposal and return shipping.
  • Unless specifically told not to, any item that is not returned will not be eligible for credit or refund. If replacement is sent, charge will apply to replacement and shipping.


Defect Return


When the following criteria is met, we will issue prepaid return shipping label(s) to return the defects:

  • Provide the order contain the defective item(s)
  • Provide each model of defective item with serial#.
  • Provide reason for return of each defective item along with reference. E.g. print sample for cartridges with print quality problems, pictures of leaking cartridges, and etc.
  • Weight of the package(s) being returned.


Otherwise the customers are responsible for returning the defects. If the defects are not returned 30 days after the date of label issued, the prepaid returned label will be voided.

  • All defects returned are subject to test. If the results are consistent with the claim, replacement/credit/refund will be issued.


Non-defect Return


• All non-defective items must be unopened and kept in their original packaging for return. Do not write or paint on the package.

• We will provide return label for non-defective items due to our invoice or packing error. We will cover the replacement’s shipping as well.

• If the non-defective items are returned due to customer’s order mistake, the shipping cost for return and replacement will apply to customer. 20% restocking fee will apply if the non-defective items are returned for credit/refund.

• Please remove all stickers such as price tags and brand labels on the packages before returning the merchandises. 20% restocking fee will apply if the non-defective items are returned need to be repackaged.


Credit and Refund


After the items are returned and tested, we will evaluate their value. Customers may choose to have credit or refund of that value.


• A customer’s credit will be applied to his/her future orders.

• A customer’s refund will be issued within the next business day in the same way he/her issued payment.


Return on Promote/Special Offer Orders


Due to the various discount pricing, items ordered on Promotional/Special Offers Events are eligible for replacement only. Replacement will be sent with customer's next order.


Complimentary items are not eligble for return/replacement/refund/credit.
